Collets MK
The collet are fastened to the main element
by just one centrically applied screw, and can
be therefore quickly replaced. The workpiece
contour is milled into the collets with a minimum clamping depth of 2 mm. Because the
clamping force is evenly applied to the component in a radial direction, the workpiece is
clamped without distortion. The collets can
be milled off up to height H1, allowing new
workpiece contours to be inserted.

Practical advice
By the movable design two different
sized workpieces can be clamped in
the centre-clamping vise.
Center jaws, fixed
With the conversion kits, you can easily
convert your existing centre-clamping vise
MZR or MZE in a double vise. The workpiece
clamping is then carried against a fixed
center jaw.
Third hand function The first workpiece is already held, while the
second workpiece is fixed during further rotation of the spindle.

Practical advice
Due to the special mounting of the
spindle with workpieces up to 2 mm
difference in length can be clamped.
Locating elements, Base cubes
The base cubes can be inserted directly as
basic elements on the machining table or can
be positioned and screwed on a base plate.
They shorten the Z-movement of the machining spindle during the process or enables the
non-collision use of short tools.

Torque wrenches with adjustment scale
Robust torque wrenches, adjustable with
scale. With protection against accidental
changes to the setting. Integral ratchet for
socket wrench inserts.
On reaching the set torque value the wrench
triggers audibly and perceptible and is then
again immediately ready for use.
Practical advice
Required clamping force
The clamping force of the centre-clamping vises and compact vises
depends on tightening torque. We
recommend to use a torque wrench.
The adjusted tightening torque
depends on influencing variables for
example workpiece geometry, version
of clamping jaws, work material, work
conditions and so on. Due to the
above mentioned variables it can be
necessary to adjust the torque value
individually.
Universal extractor
The extractor is used to to disassemble
centering pins, center bolts and centering
sleeves. Different adapters can be attached.
