In all fields of metal processing magnetic clamping chucks can be used. Both very thin, damageable workpieces and huge, heavy parts can be safely fixed with the various types of magnetic clamping plates. Especially when processing small batches the use of magnetic chucks will pay off as a quick change of the workpieces/parts can be made. Permanent magnetic plate SPMT
Permanent magnetic clamping plates type SPMT are of low height and are suitable for spark erosion and precision grinding of small and thin workpieces.
Magnetic sine plate SPNS
SPNS magnetic precision sine plate with built-in SPNM magnetic plate convince with very good workmanship and precision. The sine plate body is hardened to 60 HRC, burnished and precision ground. The angle is set according to the sine principle with the help of gauge blocks. Our SPNS sine plates are used for eroding, grinding and measuring with the highest precision. SPNSI precision sine plates swivel over the longitudinal axis up to an angle of 45°. SPNSIL precision sine plates swivel over the transverse axis up to an angle of 30°. SPNSID precision sine plates swivel up to 45° over the longitudinal axis and up to an angle of 30° over the transverse axis. SPNSM sine plates pivot about the central axis by ± 90°.
Magentic lamella plates
Magentic lamella plates are used together with magnetic clamping plates. If parts can only be clamped with great difficulty or not at all on a magnetic clamping plate due to very low material thickness, three-dimensional structure or poor magnetic properties, lamellar plates offer various additional options. Pins can be inserted and contours worked into lamellar plates, or they can be used as support surfaces, for example with T-shaped parts. Slat support plates are simply placed or screwed onto the magnetic chuck. Unless otherwise stated, our support plates are silver-hard soldered and can therefore be mechanically processed in any way.

Permanent magnetic clamping block SP-PMB
SP-PMB magnetic clamping blocks have four clamping sides and are switchable by the turning knob at the front side. They are universally usable for flat grinding, angular grinding, coordinate grinding, EDM, measuring, etc.. Due to the fine 2 + 2 mm pole pitch, thinnest pieces (from 0,5 mm) can be clamped safely; on the back there are 4 M5 threads for the attachment of stops. Because of the low magnetic field height of only 2 mm and the complete hermetic seal, SPM clamping blocks are particulary suited for the use with wire- and sparkerosion, SPM clamping blocks in a rust-resistant chrome steel design are available too. Electro-permanent magnetic chuck SPPFR
SPPFR magnetic chucks are used for the final machining of rings and for hard turning or grinding. The strengthened ceramic magnet system also allows to demagnetize high-alloyed and hardened materials after processing. The monoblock-body and the brass insulated magnet poles are responsible for maximum rigidity and excellent heat dissipation. Optional deployable mobile and flexible pole extensions, allow to clamp the work-piece without deformation. Diameter up to 2000 mm are manufactured from one solid body. Larger diameters can be made up of individual segments. The cable connection of the pole-reversal control unit can be plugged in at the side or connected via slip-ring-contact on the back. Permanent magnetic clamping plate type SPSF, designed for EDM and grinding of small and thin components. With very low height and low weight, the plate can also be placed uppon palletizing systems. The low magnetic field prevents the magnetization of the machining tools. Permanent magnetic chuck SPRS
Permanent magnetic round chucks type SPRS, with neodym magnetic system and radial pole pitch are used for clamping of rings and discs which are difficult to hold.Especially with large diameters, the radial pole pitch characterises with its higher stiffness and stability. SPRS circular chucks are especially designed for hard-turning and can be run with a higher rotation speed than other circular chucks. The magnetic force can be regulated stagelessly; centred grooves, makes the alignment of the work piece easy. In the middle, a through-bore with the diameter C can be introduced, the diameter B isn't magnetical active. Permanent magnetic round chucks type SPRN, with neodym magnetic system and low manufactured height are used for clamping small work pieces with adequate material thickness, especially for grinding and assembly work. In all steel poles you can drill 15 mm deep. A centre drilling of max 22×5 mm, or a thread M8×12 mm can be brought in. Electro-Permanent Magnetic Clamping Block SPQX - BLOCK HD70
SPQX-BLOCK is a double sided active, flexible deployable magnetic clamping block. Each side is provided with two / four 70 mm SPQX-Poles. So the total clamping power is 15.6 / 31.2 kN. It can be used for flexible clamping of workpieces or as a additional clamping element to avoid vibrations (espacially at high clamping). The standart-height of 100.2 mm can be reduced by 6 mm. It's also possible to add standart-polar-extensions solid or mobile. Heights between 92mm and 240mm can be realized. The SPQX-BLOCK is controlled by a ST 211 Feme or almost any standart 400 V Polereversal control unit. With distribution boxes, it is possible to control several SPQX-BLOCKs simultaneously

SPUGP 8040
SPUGP electro-permanent magnetic clamping plates with 15 + 3 mm parallel pole pitch are used for clamping workpieces with at least 40x40x10mm safely and accurately. The electro-permanent magnet system does not heat up during long clamping periods and has a very controlled magnetic field. Electro-permanent magnetic plate SPQX – LOCK HD50

Permanent Magnetic Clamping Plate SPNS
Permanent magnetic clamping plate type SPNS are a special type of the higi precision SPNM. ON-OFF switching from above. The hight is reduced to a minimum of 35mm. The chuck is used where a thin and light designe is important or if the chuck can not be switched from the side. Electro-permanent magnetic plate SPQX-HD70
Version with 70×70 mm poles for working with large workpieces. It's available with 51 mm height or 68 mm height. SPQX-HD70 are compatible with the mostselled magnetic systems for heavy chipping worldwide. Clamping slots on two sides and the possibility to drill through the plate at many places, allow a fast and flexible montage. It's possible to drill 22 mm into the plate with 68 mm height. SPQX - RD50 Electro-Permanent Magnetic Clamping Plate
Round magnetic chucks with SPQX square poles are particularly suitable for machining centers with rotary tables, for turning and milling. In the standard version, the SPQX-RD magnetic chucks are equipped with a lateral plug-in connection, but also with sliding contacts for shaft passage. SP-DS Clamping Table for Polishing
Work pieces with up to 300 kg can be clamped on SP-DS. It allows you to swing between 0° and 100° and turn up to 360°. SP-DS will hold your work piece safely in all positions. It can be used both for small and large workpieces.
Magnetic Clamping Ball F-BALL
F-BALL is a switchable permanent magnet for the clamping of magnetic workpieces and is uitable for use on milling machines, grinding machines and especially on laser welding systems. Any tilting and swiveling ball holder is equipped with a switchable permanent magnet, which is used to clamp the workpiece. This ball holer in turn, lays in a switchable permanent magnet bowl. So angles >90° can be adjusted and securely fastened. At limited angle, it is possible to clamp workpieces with up to 100kg weight. For clamping non-magnetical materials, it is also possible to clamp a vice or a jaw chuck.
SPFSI Sinusoidal Bench
SPFS sine plates with built-in SPSF magnetic plates convince with good workmanship and compact design. The base body is hardened to approx. 50 HRC. The angle is set according to the sine principle with the help of gauge blocks. It is clamped using the fastening scissors on the side. Magnetic Clamping Ball E-BALL
E-BALL magnetic clamping balls in top quality are used to hold parts during laser welding, polishing and assembling at ideal working position. Depending on the workpiece geometry and weight, the swivel angle can be adjusted up to 90°. The strong magnetic chuck is activated with the hexagon T-handle wrench (included in delivery). With a rotation of 120° of the wrench, the magnetic chuck is fully activated. For positioning the workpiece, it's also possible to do a partial activation. The high-quality E-BALL consists of an anodized aluminium ball, in which a fine pole magnetic chuck is installed. The ball is set in a leather-lined, chemically nickel-plated steel ring. The E-BALL is available in 4 sizes with round magnetic chucks from Ø 80mm to Ø 160mm.
