Electro-permanent magnetic chuck SPPFR
SPPFR magnetic chucks are used for the final machining of rings and for hard turning or grinding. The strengthened ceramic magnet system also allows to demagnetize high-alloyed and hardened materials after processing. The monoblock-body and the brass insulated magnet poles are responsible for maximum rigidity and excellent heat dissipation. Optional deployable mobile and flexible pole extensions, allow to clamp the work-piece without deformation. Diameter up to 2000 mm are manufactured from one solid body. Larger diameters can be made up of individual segments. The cable connection of the pole-reversal control unit can be plugged in at the side or connected via slip-ring-contact on the back.

Electro-Permanent Magnetic Clamping Block SPQX - BLOCK HD70
SPQX-BLOCK is a double sided active, flexible deployable magnetic clamping block.
Each side is provided with two / four 70 mm
SPQX-Poles. So the total clamping power is
15.6 / 31.2 kN.
It can be used for flexible clamping of workpieces or as a additional clamping element to
avoid vibrations (espacially at high clamping).
The standart-height of 100.2 mm can be
reduced by 6 mm. It's also possible to add
standart-polar-extensions solid or mobile.
Heights between 92mm and 240mm can be
realized.
The SPQX-BLOCK is controlled by a ST 211
Feme or almost any standart 400 V Polereversal control unit.
With distribution boxes, it is possible to control several SPQX-BLOCKs simultaneously

Version with 70×70 mm poles for working with large workpieces. It's available with 51 mm height or 68 mm height. SPQX-HD70 are compatible with the mostselled magnetic systems for heavy chipping worldwide. Clamping slots on two sides and the possibility to drill through the plate at many places, allow a fast and flexible montage. It's possible to drill 22 mm into the plate with 68 mm height.

The SP-BLOCK can be used as a vertical clamping level on a horizontal magnetic clamping plate or it can be installed on the machine desk. It's good for clamping plates to work on their front side or as a quick-change-base on The SP-BLOCK is controled by a ST211 Feme or almost every usual 400 V reversal-control-unit. With junction boxes it is possible to control several SP-BLOCKs at the same time.
Practical tip
The SP - BLOCK can be clamped vertically or horizontally on the machining table or on a magnetic clamping plate.

M-TECH Electro-Permanent Magnetic Clamping Plate
The new M-TECH system is revolutionizing the set-up in many applications. The doubleacting magnetic clamping plate clamped itself magnetically to the machine table and holds the workpiece on the top. This new technology ensures even greater rigidity and eliminates any avoidable vibration. The magnetic clamping plate is made of one piece, slim 42 mm high and has a fully metallic mounting surface. The top and bottom can be controlled separately so that the magnetic chuck securely retains its position even when changing the workpieces. Round poles with a diameter of 70 mm ensure maximum holding force of 160 N / cm ² active area. The intermediate ranges of the poles can be machined and equipped with positioning aids or stoppers. On the machine side of the table a high class demagnetizing cycle ensures that no magnetism remains when dismounted.
Both the flexible positioning a plurality of clamping plates for machining of large parts, as well as the extremely rapid change of the clamping devices when manufacturing small and medium sized parts, the M-TECH system saves time and shows flexibility.

SPFFP/C electro-permanent magnetic round chucks with fine pole pitch combine the advantages of permanent and magnetic round chucks. The clamping plate does not heat up during long clamping periods, has a very controlled magnetic field and offers the possibility of clamping power control and demagnetization.
SPFFP/C magnetic clamping plates are designed for grinding in highest precision - even on small workpieces with at least 2 mm material thickness. They impress with equal holding force over the whole clamping area. SPFFP/C magnetic chucks have a pole-plate-less construction, so they are very thin, very light and at many points machinable. The cable connection to the Pole-reversal control unit can be plugged at the side or at the back via a slip ring contact.
