Hydraulic centre-clamping vises
The hydraulic centering clamps / hydraulic clamps are characterised by a space-saving, compact design. This enables installation in workplaces with limited space as well as machining of the workpieces without interfering edges.
Hydraulic centre-clamping vises can be used for internal and external clamping. Due to the hydraulic actuation of these self-centering clamps, a higher clamping force can be achieved than with the pneumatic version. Hydraulic machine vises are used in workpiece automation for blank and precision clamping in large-scale production.

Due to the hydraulic operation of this centre-clamping
vise series the clamping process can be shortened or
completely automated by the use of industrial robots.
The compact and space-saving design allows machining without interfering edges or installation in limited

pressure. A clamping force regulation is linear through pressure
change. The operating pressure to be set depends on influencing variables for example workpiece geometry, version of
clamping jaws, work material, work conditions and so on. Due
to the above mentioned variables it can be necessary to
adjust the torque value individually.
