Hole rubber mat
The perforated rubber mats with a 20mm grid are also ideal for use on vacuum plates with a 10mm grid. Due to the larger holes in the rubber mat, these are always aligned with the suction holes of the vacuum table, even if the mat slips a little when the workpiece is placed on it. Vilmill
Vilmill is a fleece with a thermally activated surface that melts when it comes into contact with the milling tool and thus forms a form-fitting bond with the cutting edge. This creates a sealing edge that holds particularly small workpieces in position and can still be removed easily and without leaving any residue. The physical principle of operation logically means that Vilmill can only function if the machining heat is actually generated and is not otherwise dissipated, for example through large quantities of cooling lubricant. Due to the very good dimensional accuracy and the low thickness of only 0.2 mm, Vilmill can be used for precise machining and at the same time offers a sufficient milling distance to protect the substrate.
Clamp fleece
This foam fleece offers many advantages over other mill-through mats. The main advantage of the mat is that it is air permeable over the entire surface. Vacuum plate made of sintered, air-permeable aluminum. This version of METAPOR © offers an absolutely flat and completely homogeneous vacuum surface. This allows full-surface clamping and fixing of films and other thin materials without deformation of the workpieces. Vacuum suction unit VS

Vacuum unit
In order to safely clamp workpieces with vacuum, a powerful vacuum unit designed specifically to meet the requirements of the application is needed in addition to the Matrix-Plate. Vacuumunits from Spreitzer complete the Vacuum-Plate clamping system and guarantee maximum flexibility and a high level of safety. Spreitzer's know-how and many years of experience in vacuum technology ensure that the customer receives the best combination of high-quality components. Spreitzer vacuum units are equipped with an oil-lubricated vacuum pump and a liquids trap which also acts as a vacuum reservoir. Various components for system monitoring and interfaces for integration into the control system of the CNC machining centre guarantee safe operation. Accessories – vacuum clamping technology
The vacuum generation by means of compressed air is characterized by a reasonable price. No additional electrical connections are required on the machine.
