With the ZPS mechanical zero point system, clamping devices such as center clamps, center clamps, machine vices can be changed quickly and easily on the clamping unit. With the zero-point clamping system, machine runtimes can be increased and production quality enhanced. The operation is performed only by a central clamping screw. Due to the flat design and the mounting hole pattern, universal mounting on the machine table or on fixtures is possible.

Interchangeable pallet WP

Mechanical zero-point-system ZPS
For quick, simple and time-optimized positioning and clamping of workpieces or fixtures on the machine table. Actuating the clamping screw opens or closes all four clamping points at the same time. Extremely high retraction and retention forces are achieved thanks to the stable, high-quality design of this clamping unit. The clamping unit can be positioned on the machine table and fastened via mechanical clamping elements at the circumferential clamping edge. The positioning bore for marking sleeves and a through bore for fastening via M12 countersunk screw on the grid pallets are provided on the underside. The locating bore for the ZPS 20 clamping spigot is also already brought into the unit.
