The modular ALUMESS fixturing systems - ALUMESS.basic, ALUMESS.junior, ALUMESS.maxx, ALUMESS.optic und ALUMESS.xray enable a precisely positioned and reproducible setup of clamping fixtures.
They are designed for flexible use at the measuring station, on coordinate measuring machines, on optical measuring devices and in computer tomographs (CT).

Modular concept - The ALUMESS clamping systems consist of many modular elements that can be easily, quickly and economically assembled to form positionally accurate as well as reproducible clamping and fixing devices.

Flexible - The ALUMESS clamping systems offer the user maximum flexibility and enable part-specific or customer-specific clamping solutions in the measuring room.

Stable - The components of the different systems are directly screwed together and thus form a stable, rigid connection. The space-saving design of all components ensures optimum accessibility to the measuring point.

Palletisable - The loaded pallets are screwed onto the base plate or mounting plate, which is mounted on the coordinate measuring machine, using the corresponding fitting screws. The pallets with plug-in adapters allow for quick changeover and loading of optical measuring devices. In order to increase the degree of utilisation of the measuring machine, clamping fixtures can be set up on the mounting plates outside the machine in advance of the measurement and several pallets can be loaded simultaneously. The fully loaded base plates or mounting plates can be measured at night without the need for personnel.

Reproducible - The ALUMESS clamping systems offer an infinite number of assembly variants due to their modular design. The cross-system combination options enable a logged setup that can be reused for subsequent measurements.

Design of the components - The majority of the components are made of high-strength aluminium and then anodised, the base plates are hard-coated. The remaining components are also available hard-coated on request. Steel accessories are supplied in a high-quality, corrosion-protected finish.

Planning and documentation - If required, a CAD parts library is available for computer-aided advance planning and documentation of clamping devices. These 2D and 3D models in various data formats can be imported into all common CAD/CAM systems.
