Soft block jaws
Soft block jaws

The soft block jaws can be machined or fitted on the workpiece respectively. Material Steel (16MnCr5) Finish Soft, pre-machined Scope of delivery 2 Soft block jaws Note Aluminum, plastic or brass version available on request.

Stepped reversible jaws
Reversible stepped jaws

Universal stepped jaws reversible, with three ground clamping stages and threaded mounting hole for fixed stop. The hardened and ground jaws are used for clamping of finished parts or in the second setup. Material Steel Finish Hardened, grinded Scope of delivery 2 Reversible stepped jaws

Stepped grip jaws
Stepped grip jaws

For form fit clamping of raw material. The hardened surface of the grip jaws deforms the workpiece surface during the clamping process and thus increases the holding force of the clamping location. Material Special tool steel Finish Hardened Scope of delivery 2 Stepped grip jaws Practical advice The stepped grip jaws are especially suitable for large clamping width. Best results with workpieces up to 1100 N/mm2 material strength and sturdy material surface.

Stepped reversible jaws with HM grip inserts
Reversible stepped jaws with carbide grip inserts

For form fit clamping of raw material. The carbide grip-inserts of the clamping jaws deform the workpiece surface during the clamping process and thus increases the holding force of the clamping location. The grip inserts can be replaced, if necessary. Material Steel, carbide (grip inserts) Finish Hardened, grinded Scope of delivery 2 Reversible stepped jaws with carbide grip inserts Practical advice Best results with workpieces with more than 1100 N/mm2 material strength and sturdy material surface.

Pendulum jaws with grip inserts No. B209800540
Pendulum jaws with grip inserts

The pendulum jaws with grip inserts allow raw material clamping of cast, molded as well as unparallel sawed and round workpieces. With the pendulum jaws, angular misalignments of several millimetres can be rectified. The applied coating protects the grip inserts from premature wear. The grip inserts can be flexibly mounted on the pendulum jaws and replaced if necessary. Material Steel Finish Hardened, grinded and coated (grip inserts) Scope of delivery 2 Pendulum jaws with grip inserts Practical advice Best results with workpieces up to 1100 N/mm2 material strength.

Stepped reversible jaws with grip strips
Reversible stepped jaws with grip inserts with fine serration

Universal stepped jaws reversible, with integrated grip inserts, ground clamping stages and threaded mounting hole for fixed stop. For form fit clamping of raw material or for clamping of finished parts on the smooth clamping stage. The hardened surface of the grip inserts deforms the workpiece surface during the clamping process and thus increases the holding force of the clamping location. The applied coating protects the grip inserts from premature wear. The grip inserts can be replaced, if necessary. Material Steel Finish Hardened, grinded and coated (grip inserts) Scope of delivery 2 Reversible stepped jaws with grip inserts Practical advice Best results with workpieces up to 1100 N/mm2 material strength.

Reversible stepped jaws with clamping inserts, rough with coating / carbide coating

Universal stepped jaws reversible, with integrated clamping inserts, ground clamping stages and threaded mounting hole for fixed stop. The clamping insert can be mounted on the reversible steped jaws depending on the application. For clamping of finished parts there is also a smooth clamping stage included. The clamping inserts can be replaced, if necessary. Material Steel Finish Hardened, grinded and coated / carbide coated Scope of delivery 2 Reversible stepped jaws with clamping inserts 1. Side For form fit clamping of high-strength raw material. The hardened and coated surface of the clamping jaws deforms the work-piece surface during the clamping process and thus increases the holding force of the clamping location. Practical advice Best results with workpieces with more than 1100 N/mm2 material strength and sturdy material surface. 2. Side For clamping of grinded material. High holding force through increased friction factor. The workpiece surface will not be damaged. Practical advice Best results with workpieces in mold and die production. 1,5 – 2,0 times higher friction factor or holding force than smooth clamping surfaces.

Adapter jaws for standard jaws MZS B
Adapter jaws for use together with all standard jaws type MZS B

For use together with all standard jaws type MZS B as well as customer designed jaws in the mechanical centre-clamping vise MZC. Material Steel Finish Hardened, grinded Scope of delivery 2 Adapter jaws for use together with all standard jaws type MZS B

ram jaws
Pin jaws

The jaws allow the quick and exact form fitted clamping of almost every workpiece contour. Shape-specific clamping jaws can be created within seconds. For this purpose, axially adjustable pins are attached to the workpiece contour and thus form a form fit to the workpiece. The secondary effect of the resulting molding element is a reduction of the actually required clamping forces through a form fitted clamping. Strong Points Clamping complex geometries Suitable for high-performance cutting Clamping process The actual clamping process is effected mechanically by means of a mechanical centre clamping vise (optional pneumatic, hydraulic or electromechanical possible). The axial movement of the pins is stepless. The clamping of the pins in your workpiece specific position is done centrally, by means of hydraulics. Fields of application Single-part / small series production Sample and prototype manufacturing Clamping from outside to inside (external clamping) Material Steel Finish Hardened, grinded Scope of delivery 2 Pin jaws including adapter

Mechanical centering vice MZU 80-36 with special jaws on base
Locating elements, Base cubes

The base cubes can be inserted directly as basic elements on the machining table or can be positioned and screwed on a base plate. They shorten the Z-movement of the machining spindle during the process or enables the non-collision use of short tools. Material Steel Finish Sand-blasted, grinded Scope of delivery 1 Base cube 2 Centering bolts for centre-clamping vise 1 Set fixing screws for centre-clamping vise or compact vise Note Mounting material for machine table upon request.
