Concentricity gages with V-blocks

Precise runout inspection of long workpieces. For individual testing. Serial testing with optional accessories.

The concentricity gage RPGP can be used for measuring the concentricity of round workpieces with a diameter up to 26 mm. The two V-blocks with carbide surface, the pressing or drive unit and the articulated arms with gauge holders are stepplessly movable on the base plate. One of the V-blocks is height adjustable. Therefore an universal use in case of different workpiece geometries is possible. The prism angle of 108° allows even polygonal parts to be inspected.

Strong Points

  • Two movable V-blocks with clamp lever and carbide workpiece support each
  • Universal stop can be mounted flat and perpendicular in relation to the V-blocks
  • Movable pressing or drive unit
  • Articulated arm with gauge hold
